SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at SOS Gear. We use our aggregator partner, RocketShip, to ship your orders to your desired location though we may change our partner at anytime without notice.

Orders are shipped only on weekdays, and it can take 2-7 days or rarely even ten days to reach, depending on the location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.

Each product is thoroughly examined before it is packed to ensure that it is in good condition. However, once the product is shipped, we have no control over any delays caused by the shipping agent. If you receive a parcel in damaged condition, we recommend that you make a video while unpacking it, so we can claim damages from the shipping agent.

Please note that giving the wrong or incomplete address can result in the parcel not reaching the destination or going to the wrong address. In such cases, we will not be liable for the same, and if the parcel comes back to us, you will have to pay again for shipping to a new address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at SOS Gear. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. However, please note that there will be no returns or replacements once the packaging is opened. We may make case-to-case exceptions, but the onus to return the product to us will be on the customers.

If a return is requested where we are not at fault but have accepted the return due to the customer's request, refunds will be given as store credit, and we will deduct any handling and bank charges incurred by us.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it. You must provide a valid proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@safeoffroadsolutions.com. We can arrange a reverse pickup of the item at the cost of the customer.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, or store credit if applicable. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet our criteria, and we are not responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return or exchange of your item.
