The founder - Dr. Tejas Kothari - the same person behind Offroad Junkie and Learn Offroad, an avid off-roader with decades of experience, decided to take matters into his own hands and create a range of products designed specifically for offroad use. Having consulted with experienced off-roaders to ensure that each product met the demands of the challenging conditions, and worked tirelessly to ensure that every product met the highest standards of safety and quality. At SOSGear, we don't just sell quality equipment - we also prioritize educating off-roaders on the correct techniques for safe vehicle recovery. We understand that recovery can be a dangerous process and that incorrect procedures can cause damage to vehicles and even harm people. That's why we have an I4WDTA trained instructor who creates content and videos to guide off-roaders through the recovery process. We believe that educating our customers is just as important as selling them the right equipment, and we're committed to promoting responsible off-roading practices. Additionally, we're passionate about educating our customers on the care and maintenance of their equipment, which is often overlooked but is crucial for ensuring safety and longevity.
